At Coastal Events, we offer a wide range of event hire services for weddings, parties & corporate events, at very affordable prices. We offer full set-up services for all types of functions, as well as DIY hire options for many of our items.

We are based in Tweed Heads, and cater to all areas of Northern NSW, Ballina, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast & South Brisbane. We also offer courier services for our linen, to areas such as Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba.

We specialise in affordable styling options for wedding ceremonies & receptions, as well as linen & decor hire for larger corporate events.  Our range includes wedding arches and arbours, several different styles of chairs, trestle tables, cocktail tables & bar stools, aisle runners, chair covers & sashes, table linen, centrepieces, bridal backdrops, giant LOVE letters, giant garden games, and MUCH more.

  • Giant light up LOVE letters: $300 including delivery & collection for Tweed & GC areas

  • Cocktail table sets (inc table, lycra cover & 4 x black stools):  $30 ea

  • Giant garden & lawn games: Any 3 games for $110, or any 5 games for $150.

  • Full reception styling package: $10 pp (minimum 50 guests).  Includes chair covers, sashes, bridal skirting, cake & gift table skirting, table runners, choice of any centrepieces from our range, bridal backdrop with fairy lights, bridal table decor + set up & pack down for local areas.
