Ceremony packages

Ceremony Options

We offer a range of packages for both beach and garden/park wedding ceremonies, including full set-up & pack down.   All of our packages can be tailored to suit your needs, or adjusted to suit your location.

If you are holding your ceremony in a public area please ensure that you obtain the correct council permit for your date, and are aware that council permit rules do differ between areas (e.g- chair numbers).  For beach weddings, please ensure that your ceremony spot is within a reasonable distance to the closest beach entrance/parking area.

Garden Wedding Packages

Essentials Garden package : $420

  • Choice of any 2 post arch or circle arch from our range, including optional chiffon draping

  • Silk flowers for chosen arch

  • Signing table with fitted tablecloth & 2 americana chairs

  • 20 x americana chairs  OR  20 x timber bistro chairs

  • Chair sashes or hanging decorations for aisle chairs

  • Self standing chalkboard with personalised message

  • Ceremony consult at chosen location prior to wedding date

  • Price covers all Gold Coast & Tweed Coast park/garden areas and includes delivery, full set-up, pack down & collection of all items. Travel fees may apply for other areas.

Romance Garden package : $550

  • Choice of any arch or arbour from our range (8 options to choose from), including optional chiffon draping

  • Silk flowers for chosen arch or arbour

  • Signing table with fitted tablecloth & 2 americana chairs

  • 20 x americana chairs with optional sashes OR  6 x white wooden bench seats

  • Choice of any aisle runner or rug.  Options include white, red or gold carpets, seagrass runner, white grass runner or round jute rug.

  • Refreshments stand with bottles of iced water (50)

  • Ceremony consult at chosen location prior to wedding date

  • Price covers all Gold Coast & Tweed Coast park/garden areas and includes delivery, full set-up, pack down & collection of all items. Travel fees may apply for other areas.

Ultimate Garden package : $770

  • Choice of any arch or arbour from our range (8 options to choose from), including optional chiffon draping

  • Silk flowers for chosen arch or arbour

  • Signing table with fitted tablecloth & 2 americana chairs

  • 50 x americana chairs (may be reduced if required, to fit in with permit rules)

  • Choice of any aisle runner or rug from our range.  Options includes white, gold or red carpets, seagrass runner, white grass runner or round jute rug

  • Hanging glass bottles of fresh baby's breath for all aisle chairs

  • Tub of 15 parasols for guest shade

  • Set of giant LOVE letters  OR  premium refreshments table with bottled water & soft drink cans (50) for after ceremony

  • Ceremony consult at chosen location prior to wedding date

  • Price covers all Gold Coast & Tweed Coast park/garden areas and includes delivery, full set-up, pack down & collection of all items. Travel fees may apply for other areas.

Beach Wedding Packages

Deluxe beach package : $850

Simplicity beach package : $450

  • Choice of 2 post arch, dressed with chiffon draping or white curtains.  Choose from our dark bamboo arch, timber arch or lace arch 

  • Optional silk flowers for your chosen arch

  • Signing table with fitted tablecloth & 2x Americana chairs

  • 10 x americana chairs

  • Chair sashes, or small hanging decorations for aisle chairs

  • Round seagrass rug for front of arch

  • Ceremony consult at chosen beach location prior to wedding date

  • Price covers all Gold Coast & Tweed Coast areas and includes delivery, full set-up, pack down & collection of all items. Travel fees may apply for other areas.

  • Upgrade option! Upgrade to any 4 post arbour for an additional $80!

  • Optional extras! Add- extra chairs: $5 each (nsw ceremonies only), premium refreshments table:  $80

Classic beach package : $650

  • Choice of any arch or arbour from our range (8 options to choose from)

  • Silk flowers for chosen arch or arbour

  • Signing table with fitted tablecloth & 2 americana chairs

  • 6 x white wooden bench seats (each bench seats 4 guests)

  • Choice of bamboo bollards  OR  bamboo teepees  OR seagrass aisle runner

  • Refreshment stand with iced bottles of water

  • Self standing chalkboard with personalised message

  • Ceremony consult at chosen beach location prior to wedding date

Deluxe beach package : $850

  • 8 x white wooden bench seats (each bench seats 4 guests)

  • Tub of 15 silk parasols for guest shade

  • Choice of bamboo teepees with silk flowers OR set of bamboo bollards with white draping to line aisle 

  • Choice of seagrass or white grass aisle runner

  • Choice of giant LOVE letters, or premium refreshments table with bottled water & soft drink cans (50) for guests
